Without fear.

Without looking over her shoulder.
Without changing her route.
Without fear being part of the route.
Without telling someone where she's going.
Without wondering who's behind her.
Without having to think twice.
And let her come home.
That's it.
Why this exists
Running should be simple.
You should be able to head out the door, find your rhythm, clear your head and come home.
But for too many women, running comes with a list of things to think about that have nothing to do with running.
So this is our small way of saying something that shouldn't need saying:
Let her run.
We want every road, trail and park to be a place where women feel welcome, supported and safe to run. And we're going to keep working on that together.
Run together
Want company on the road? Join the weekend group runs arranged by Magnolia Road Runners in Pretoria. All paces, all levels, new faces welcome.
Weekly group runs from the club. Members and non-members welcome. R25 cash for non-members.
Some weekends the group heads to a local parkrun together. Look out for the weekly rundown.
Start times, routes and distances are posted every week on the club's Instagram.
